Weekend Update

Greetings everyone,
This past week was a tough one. A loss of a family friend was especially heartbreaking. He will be truly missed. My heart goes out to his friends and family.

I also had to have a procedure to remove some abnormal cells on my back and OUCH! It doesn't feel good to have stitches in your back. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the ointment on it. I'll figure something out.

I am SO looking forward to seeing my family and friends soon in Omaha. Tragedy such as Preston's untimely death makes one realize what is important in life and not to sweat the small stuff!

So our unplanned and impromptu Smith Family Reunion should be a great time and I know we are all excited about it.

I'm especially excited because I get to meet our newest family member, Aiden!!!! I can't wait to hold the little guy and give him a big ol kiss and hug from his Great Auntie!
